Account help
For sign-in problems, use Forgot password on the login screen. Check your spam folder for verification or reset emails. Never send your password, one-time sign-in code or reset link to support. Include your account email and a short description of the problem; do not include sensitive chat contents unless needed.
Report content or a player
Use Report on a post, profile or conversation. Use Block on a profile to stop direct contact. For child safety concerns, choose Child safety or email support with that subject. Do not send suspected illegal imagery. For immediate danger, contact emergency services.
Privacy and deletion
Use You → Settings → Delete my account, or visit the Account & Data Deletion page. You may email support for access, correction, data export or deletion assistance, or to appeal a moderation decision. We may verify account ownership before disclosing or removing account data.
Availability
The app is in development. Live services depend on backend availability; demo mode contains sample people and games. Paid subscriptions and in-app match payments are not offered in this release.
