Child Safety Standards
Effective October 22, 2026 · Version 2026-10-22
These standards apply to all GoalieNow content and conduct, including posts, photos, profiles, chats and offline events arranged through the service. The operator is Seventh Software LLC.
Zero tolerance for abuse and exploitation
GoalieNow prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking, and any content or behavior that sexualizes or endangers a child. This includes generated or altered imagery. Accounts are for adults aged 18 or older; an adult-only policy does not reduce these protections.
Report a concern
In the app, use Report → Child safety on a post, profile or conversation, or open Settings → Help & support. Provide the account or content reference and a brief description. You can also email support@goalie-now.com with subject “Child safety”. Do not attach, forward, download or redistribute suspected CSAM. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Response and accountability
Seventh Software LLC reviews credible reports, removes confirmed prohibited content, takes action on responsible accounts and restricts access as appropriate. When we obtain actual knowledge of apparent CSAM or other reportable exploitation, we preserve and report information to the appropriate authorities, including NCMEC where required by United States law. Legal preservation is restricted to authorized personnel and lawful purposes. Users may appeal account action through support without resending prohibited material.
Contact
Child safety inquiries and escalation: support@goalie-now.com. The operator is responsible for maintaining a trained, reachable child safety contact and responding to platform and lawful authority requests. These standards do not substitute for emergency services.
